Matt is the owner of Rehab Specialists of Idaho with his wife Heather. He started RSI 16 years ago as the one and only employee and has enjoyed seeing it grow into what it is today—the single largest employer of therapists in the area.
Matt currently works as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and has over 20 years of experience since graduating with his Master’s degree from Colorado State University. He specializes in Early Intervention, working with children in their home from birth to 3 years of age. Matt’s treatment focuses on the development of feeding skills, early motor development, beginning sensory integration skills, and individualized parent education in the home. In partnership with Fremont School District, Matt also provides occupational therapy at Ashton Elementary and North Fremont High School.

He graduated cum laude with his Master’s degree from the University of Southern California in 1997 and has developed hand, horticultural, and driving assessment programs for patients. With RSI, Jonathan divides most of his time between Madison Carriage Cove, the Ashton Therapy Clinic, and patients’ homes through multiple home health agencies
Jonathan and his wife have three children and one incredibly cute granddaughter. He lives in Rigby and enjoys going on ATV rides in the mountains, working in his garden, and spending time with his family.

Rebecca has worked for Rehab Specialists of Idaho for more than ten years. She was born and raised in Rexburg and enjoys working with kids in her hometown and surrounding areas since graduating from the University of North Dakota. She specializes in pediatrics, primarily working in partnership with the Fremont School District and in the RSI Pediatric Outpatient Clinic.
Rebecca is a certified S’Cool Moves district trainer and is also experienced in handwriting, fine-motor, visual-motor, visual-perceptual, sensory, deep tissue massage, and Kinesio taping techniques. Further therapy interests include pediatric myofascial release and feeding therapy. Her passion is combining her love of horses with her love of occupational therapy and incorporating that into a summer-based hippotherapy program going more than five consecutive years.

Brian is a pediatric occupational therapist based primarily in RSI’s Rexburg Pediatric Clinic and Madison School District. Since his graduation from the University of North Dakota, he has had 23 years of experience in hospital acute, sub-acute, transitional care, rehab and outpatient, pediatrics, and school district care.
Brian currently focuses on treatment that helps children with visual motor/perceptual, fine/gross motor, and developmental skills to help them be more independent with home, community, and school abilities. His further therapy interests include sensory integrations and self-regulation and handwriting skill development.
Brad Saunders OTR/L

Brad has a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota. His specialties include working with the smallest of patients in the NICU and hand therapy.
Notably, Brad uses rolfing techniques in his treatments, which means he focuses on structural integration methods to manipulate the body’s soft-tissue to enhance posture and facilitate patient recovery. Additionally, he incorporates a 4-phase laser treatment, which helps speed up recovery time. Brad says that there are many directions one can take in occupational therapy, and because of this, his job is never dull.
He spends his free time playing golf and hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding our area. He makes his home in Sugar City, with his wife of 28 years and those of his seven children who are still living at home.
Dillon Merrill MS, MOTR/L

Dillon is a pediatric occupational therapist who has practiced for seven years, all of which have been spent with Rehab Specialists of Idaho. Dillon graduated from Idaho State University and specializes in school-based occupational therapy and is currently overseeing and providing occupational therapy services for Jefferson School District but has also had the opportunity to serve Madison and Fremont School Districts. His pediatric treatment interests include handwriting, treating complex feeding and swallowing issues, and primitive reflex integration for neurodevelopmental disorders.
While he primarily enjoys working with children, Dillon has also had the opportunity to work in home health, hospital, and skilled nursing settings, giving him a well-rounded skill set. In his spare time, Dillon enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Kirsten is a graduate of Idaho State University and has five years of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist in Rexburg. She has worked with children of all abilities and has experience in schools, adult rehabilitation, geriatrics, vision therapy, burn therapy, and hands. Her hobbies include volunteer work with adaptive outdoor groups and is trained in adaptive ski instruction.
Kirsten utilizes her love of the outdoors to volunteer with Idaho Falls Nordic Ski Patrol and works to bring adaptive ski day to RSI in the winter. Her therapy interests include sensory integration, emotional/self-regulation, handwriting, and development of fine-motor and visual-motor skills, development of self-care skills, and promoting independence.

Tyson is a lifelong resident of Rexburg, Idaho. He has over eight years of experience in pediatric, school, rehabilitation, and geriatric occupational therapy since his graduation from Touro University Nevada.
Tyson’s treatments focus on enhancing the client’s quality of life through fun and interactive therapy approaches to aid clients in developing needed areas of skill acquisition. Additional areas that he has an interest in include: behavior modification, anxiety and self-regulation skills, life skills, handwriting, coordination, and sensory integration, and praxis abilities.
Tyson and his wife enjoy camping and spending time in the outdoors and are happily preparing for the arrival of their newborn baby girl.

Heber spends most of his time treating patients at Madison Carriage Cove as well as doing acute inpatient care at Madison Memorial Hospital, and at patients’ homes through home health services.
Heber has four children and enjoys sports, family gatherings, traveling, and spending time in the great outdoors.

AJ received his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Idaho State University in Pocatello. Before that, he earned a Bachelor’s in Communications from BYU-Idaho. AJ is a specialist in neurological and early intervention therapies—focusing on babies from birth to 3 years of age. He is one of RSI’s in-house feeding and swallowing experts. He has found deep satisfaction in helping impart therapeutic value to others and enhance their participation in daily activities.
AJ worked as a Spanish language interpreter for five years, during which time he found that he most enjoyed interpreting for Occupational Therapists, something that greatly influenced his career path. Unsurprisingly, today he is able to frequently use his Spanish fluency now that he is an Occupation Therapist himself. AJ comes from Ashton, Idaho – “born, bred, and potato fed,” as he puts it. He loves to take his family on adventures – sports, climbing, hiking, camping, and backpacking. He also loves woodworking.

Tammy graduated from Idaho State University and her therapy interests and continuing education include sensory processing/integration, self/emotional-regulation, development of handwriting skills, and development of fine motor, visual motor, and visual perception skills.
Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and horses as well as the outdoors. She utilizes her specialty in pediatrics and knowledge of horses to bring a unique perspective to animal-assisted therapy for RSI in the summers.

Erin’s experience as an occupational therapist has been quite broad throughout the years since graduating from the University of Utah. She is a fluent bilingual therapist and utilizes her language skills to bring play to a wide variety of children with special needs.
She has worked in schools, home health, and several outpatient locations including Primary Children’s Hospital and the VA in Salt Lake with adults. Her specialties include hands and upper extremities, sequential oral sensory (SOS) feeding approach, handwriting, and pediatrics. Erin enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Rachel is an occupational therapist with a degree from Colorado State University with experience in a variety of settings, including adult home health, hospital inpatient rehabilitation, and intervention for farming families. Most recently she has worked with children and young adults in school and clinical settings.

She also has a special interest in linking play to function and handwriting skills. Outside of therapy, Rachel loves dancing (especially Salsa), organization, homeschooling, essential oils, and helping others learn new skills.

Tai incorporates many major rehabilitation techniques such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, lymph drainage, and structural muscular balance, etc. to facilitate pain management, lymphedema, and diverse musculoskeletal exertion release to enhance clients’ quality of life in different perspectives.

Brooke, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, attended Idaho State University in Pocatello. She works in the Madison and Jefferson School Districts and the Rexburg Pediatric Clinic, where she specializes in improving a child’s functional self-care and daily living skills. She also spends time assisting working with rehabilitation patients at Madison Memorial Hospital.
With a background in nursing, Brooke chose her career path in occupation therapy after seeing how her good friend, after a serious car accident, was able to become independent again thanks to good therapy. Brooke has three children that keep her busy outside of work. She and her family enjoy camping, riding in the St. Anthony sand dunes, and going snowmobiling.

Jeff specializes in assessing and treating children with feeding and swallowing disorders, neuro/cognitive deficits, and language disorders. Jeff has a varied and broad experience working with adults and children with neurological disorders. When he is not providing therapy, Jeff enjoys camping, hiking, and kayaking with his wife and four children.

Steve is a graduate of Utah State University and has over ten years of experience as a speech-language pathologist with children 1-18 years of age. His treatment often includes ASL as a communication modality for early developing language skills. Through RSI’s partnership with Idaho’s Infant-Toddler Program, Steve also sees children in their home for family-centered speech-language intervention. He has received further education with the Beckman Oral/Motor Assessment and Intervention course.
Steve enjoys recreating outdoors, gardening, and building relationships with friends and family.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Brigham Young University. She has worked for Rehab Specialists of Idaho part-time for the past twelve years. Prior to living in Rexburg, Rebecca worked in public schools and with a private practice in the Chicago area. Rebecca has performed diagnosis and treatment of a broad spectrum of communication disorders, including receptive and expressive language delay and disorders, phonological processing disorders, pragmatic (social) language difficulties, articulation delays and disorders, auditory processing disorders, fluency disorders, and communication needs of those with autism.
Rebecca works with toddlers, preschool-age children, school-age children, and adults. Rebecca understands that communication skills are vital in interacting in the world we live in and seeks to help her patients develop optimal skills and strategies that will help them thrive in all the communication environments in their lives. Rebecca is the mother of ten children.
Cornisa Gaxiola MS, CCC-SLP

Cornisa has over ten years of experience helping pediatric patients in speech and language pathology and specializes in Apraxia of speech as well as with patients with Autism, Oppositional Defiance, and social-language disorders. She graduated with her Master’s degree from Washington State University and spent time in rural Wyoming working in the ICU, adult rehabilitation units, and seeing patients at home treating acquired cognitive-linguistic language disorders.
Cornisa has experience with seeing patients at several different elementary schools and early intervention programs and is happy to be with RSI today. Her hobbies include hiking, basketball, making Native American beadwork, and spending time with her family.

Cara was born and raised in Driggs, Idaho, and graduated from Idaho State University. She has more than ten years of experience in pediatric speech and language therapy. Cara’s love and passion is working with children.
Her professional experience lies in cognitive-linguistic impairment, developmental disability syndromes, and interest with training in swallowing impairments. Cara has done a continued study in treating pediatric dysphagia, auditory processing disorders, and wh-question intervention for children with language disorders. She also works in geriatric care specifically in cognitive and swallowing impairments.
Her hobbies include her family, long-distance running, and flower gardening.

Sandy has been participating in pediatric-based services as a Speech-Language Pathologist since she graduated from ISU in 2005. With RSI she has worked in the BYU-Idaho Preschool Labs, and for the past two years in the Rexburg and Rigby Pediatric Clinics.
Prior to beginning with RSI, Sandy worked at a private pediatric outpatient clinic in Idaho Falls and in the public-school setting. She has extensive experience with speech and language disorders and has worked with numerous clients with neurological conditions such as ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autism.
As a mother of five children who have all needed multiple learning interventions, Sandy can relate to and advise parents who are overwhelmed with the options for special needs children. In her free time, all she needs is chocolate, a good book, or an old movie.

Sara completed her undergraduate work at the University of Utah and received her graduate degree from Utah State University. She has worked with individuals of all ages in the clinical setting and schools but particularly enjoys providing services to preschool-aged children and their families. Through RSI, Sara specializes in providing speech services to the BYU-Idaho Preschool and Toddler Labs on the BYU-Idaho campus.
Sara has been with RSI since 2012. She has 3 young children and enjoys hiking, biking, snowboarding, and exploring the Teton Range near her home in Driggs, Idaho.

Karen has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist for 13 years specializing in the pediatric population ages 2-18. She has previously worked in Utah and Arizona, where she has experience providing therapy both in the school and clinic settings.
Karen loves utilizing books in therapy and enjoys helping her clients learn to love books as much as she does. It has been a wonderful experience to work with the clients, their families, and other therapists/employees at RSI.

Colton has performed clinical rotations in schools, out-patient clinics, pediatric clinics, and hospitals thus providing him with a solid foundation in treating a wide range of clients.
Colton currently works with the pediatric population in Rexburg, Rigby, and Ashton and particularly enjoys assisting clients with language and fluency.
In his spare time, Colton enjoys snowboarding, playing/watching sports, mountain biking, hiking, and being with family and friends.

Tara is a speech-language pathologist who graduated from Idaho State University. She worked in Early Intervention in California for three years before switching to school-age speech therapy in Eastern Idaho for the past three years. Tara is conversant in Spanish as well as American Sign Language. She is especially interested in second language acquisition, literacy, and treatment for the deaf/hard of hearing population. She has further studied hearing impairment and aural rehab through visual phonics.
Tara spends her free time running 5ks and practicing hula dancing with her girls.
Dirk Andreasen PT, MPT

Dirk attended both Ricks College in Rexburg and Brigham Young University in Provo, completing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. He then went on to get his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in Pocatello in 1992, graduating with honors. Dirk has always had a love for human anatomy and physiology, with an emphasis on how the body moves, and how each part works in cooperation with the others. While still a young boy, he received a book on anatomy from his dad. He began to teach himself the names of the bones and muscles. His first actual experience with physical therapy took place at Madison Memorial Hospital 38 years ago, where he worked as a volunteer.
Dirk heads the 16-person Therapy Services Department at Madison Memorial Hospital. His experience includes back and neck rehabilitation, functional movement screen expert (certification), Madison Memorial Sports Medicine Outreach Program (director), neurologic rehabilitation, online adjunct instructor for BYU-Idaho (anatomy and physiology), outpatient orthopedics, wound care, neurologic rehabilitation, and assistant coach (Sugar-Salem high school football team).
Dirk loves to build things with wood. He spends his spare time at his home in Sugar City with his four grown children and two granddaughters doing yard work, going fishing, and working on his Land Cruiser.
Stacie Thompson PT, MPT
Physical Therapist; Director of Therapy Services, Rexburg Pediatric Clinic

Stacie boasts 19+ years of experience as a pediatric physical therapist and is the Director of Therapy at RSI’s Rexburg Pediatric Clinic. Stacie treats children from birth to 18 years old in the settings of early intervention focusing on children ages 0-3, outpatient pediatrics, and home visits. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of neuromuscular disorders such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and down syndrome.
Stacie has also treated children with a variety of genetic disorders. She has taken several continuing education courses on myofascial release and uses this technique to treat musculoskeletal restrictions associated with torticollis and other orthopedic conditions. She is skillful in serial and developmental casting and specializes in the assessment of fit and function of orthotics and ankle-foot orthoses for gait training.
Stacie is currently developing a pediatric bowel and bladder program for Eastern Idaho. She has participated in hippotherapy, aquatic therapy, and adaptive ski instruction. Her creativity in therapy and pediatrics spills over to her home life and her interests usually involve being in the outdoors as she spends time with her family snowmobiling, downhill skiing, x-country skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and four-wheeling.
Eric Andreasen PT, MPT

Eric was raised in Rexburg, Idaho, and is a graduate of Ricks College, Brigham Young University, and Idaho State University. His 26 years of experience have ranged in settings from hospital inpatient, outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facilities.
Eric’s clinical expertise is in adult and geriatrics. He is currently working as the Director of Rehabilitation at Carriage Cove in Rexburg, Idaho where he enjoys working with his co-workers and helping the patients with their recovery. Eric loves to spend time with family, working in the yard and garden, hiking and finding new trails, as well as reading.
Warren Lake PT, DPT, NCS

Warren has over ten years of experience working with pediatric patients. He attended BYU-Idaho in Rexburg before getting his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, where he also completed his physical therapy schooling. He is the only board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist treating pediatric patients in Southeastern Idaho and the director of the Neurological Therapy Team at Madison Memorial Hospital. As such, Warren enjoys working with children with neurological impairment, including stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other impairments, including developmental delay and orthopedic injury.
“Dr. Play time”, as one of his patients calls him, enjoys working in both outpatient and home settings. He is trained in adaptive ski facilitation. Warren also enjoys playing with his six children at home and coaching soccer. In his spare time, he likes to go hiking and fly fishing. He and his family live in Rexburg.
Cody Castellaw PT, DPT

Cody is from Hermiston, Oregon, and enjoys being active in the outdoors. He has practiced physical therapy since 2014 when he graduated with his Doctorate from Des Moines University. Cody currently works with the infant and toddler population and pediatric through adolescent populations with the Idaho Infant Toddler Program and the Rexburg Pediatric Clinic.
Cody has an interest in developmental milestones, assessment, and treatment of torticollis and plagiocephaly, down syndrome, pediatric myofascial practices, and helping his clients acquire new skills to function up to their full potential. He loves playing disc golf with his family and friends. He is happily married with three very active boys.
Seth Buck PT, DPT

Seth is a native of Washington but claims Southeast Idaho as his forever home. Seth graduated from BYU-Idaho and went on to get his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. Seth specializes in school-based and pediatric physical therapy working in the tri-county Fremont, Madison, and Jefferson school districts. He is currently the Director of Therapy at RSI’s Rigby Pediatric Clinic.
Seth has extensive experience in multiple transitional rehab skilled nursing facilities and adult therapy but finds his joy lies in working with children. Seth has a special interest in adaptive sport and inclusive physical education and has studied social and emotional development in pediatric practice. Seth is the proud father of four kids. He enjoys all sports, hunting, and camping with his family.
Dustin Cosby PT, DPT

Dustin has been a physical therapist for eight years with experience in outpatient orthopedics, home health, and inpatient rehabilitation. He now spends most of his time primarily in the home health settings. Dustin enjoys the home health setting as it allows him to assist people one on one in improving their mobility and safety in their own home and he feels he gets to know people even better in the place where they feel most comfortable.
Dustin graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals in Provo, Utah in 2012 and was happy to come home to Idaho where he met his wife who now also works for Rehab Specialists of Idaho. Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, taking pictures of grizzly bears, and being in the national parks.
Tyler Harrigfeld PT, DPT

Tyler is a native Southeast Idahoan who grew up on a farm near Ashton. Since graduating from Idaho State University he has treated patients in outpatient clinics, schools, neuro-rehabilitation facilitation, and hospitals, all of which have provided him with a well-rounded skill set.
Tyler currently works at the Rexburg Pediatric Clinic and at Madison Carriage Cove. He is one of RSI’s Physical Therapists specializing in gait development in children, as well as the progression of developmental motor skills, such as rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, and walking. Tyler continues to enjoy farming and likes golfing and spending time with his family.
Kelly Klingler PT, DPT, ACLS

Kelly was born and raised in Rexburg and enjoys working with the people of Southeast Idaho. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Touro University in 2016 and through clinical rotations, has gained experience in vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, and wound care at the University of Utah’s wound care and burn units.
Kelly has continued his education to become wound care certified and spends most of his time doing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation at Madison Memorial Hospital. Kelly enjoys doing sports rehabilitation with the local schools and spending time with his family in the great outdoors. He is also trained in adaptive ski and likes to use his skills to help patients find meaningful recreation through physical therapy.
Brigham Bice PT, DPT

Brigham received his Bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho, in Rexburg. He then went on to get his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University Nevada.
Brigham’s welcoming personality makes him easy to get to know and work with, something which many of his patients find particularly helpful.
Brigham likes to hang out in the outdoors with his wife and three children. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, and mountain biking, as well as “thrifting.”
Greg Barker PT, DPT

Greg Barker is the local physical therapist in Ashton and Island Park with Rehab Specialists of Idaho. He and his wife originally grew up in the Upper Snake River Valley and after being away for 28 years were excited to return and make St. Anthony their home. Greg has worked in the physical therapy profession for 30 years, 24 of those as a licensed physical therapist. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Creighton University in Omaha, NE., after attending Ricks College and Idaho State University studying Health Science and Biology.
Prior to joining Rehab Specialists of Idaho, he practiced in Joplin, MO, and the last 16 years in Elko, NV. He has a love and a passion for helping others recover from injury, surgery, or illness and helping them get back to enjoying life. He loves working and living in rural Idaho. When not working he enjoys working in the yard and tinkering on old mechanical things. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their two married children and their spouses.
Heath Hicks BS, PTA

Heath completed his undergraduate work at Ricks College in Rexburg, achieving his therapy degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello. He later graduated with a BS from BYU-Idaho in Rexburg. He completed his WCC (wound care certification) in 2018.
Heath specializes in acute care, sports medicine, and wound care. Having been raised in a medical family, combined with a lifelong love of sports, Heath naturally gravitated toward the physical therapy field.
An active member of the Madison Memorial Sports Medicine team, Heath loves to participate in all manner of athletic activities with his family, including camping, four-wheeling, hunting, snowmobiling, and skiing. He lives with his wife of 19 years, along with his four children, in the Hibbard area.
Kimberly Cosby BS, PTA

Kim is a Physical Therapist Assistant with nine years of experience, five of which have been with Rehab Specialists of Idaho. Kim spends most of her time working with patients at Madison Carriage Cove, as well as others in outpatient, and acute therapy settings. She loves getting to know each patient and assisting them in regaining their independence.
Kim enjoys gardening, exploring the outdoors, and camping with her husband and two darling little girls.

Becky graduated from Ricks College and quickly realized that she enjoyed helping people in physical therapy. Years later, she decided to further her education and returned to BYU-Idaho. In December of 2015, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in University Studies and an Applied Science Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting. She began working for Rehab Specialists of Idaho at Carriage Cove in Jan of 2016.
Becky enjoys working closely with people of all ages, but especially in the sub-acute rehab facility setting. Becky works to expand her knowledge and skills to help assist others in living more active lifestyles. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids, reading, cooking, hiking, and learning new things.
Cory Nelson BS, PTA

Cory was raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, and was among the first graduates in the newly accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program at BYU-I in 2015. She has worked at RSI for the five years since. Cory divides her time between seeing patients at home through home health therapy and treating them at the Madison Carriage Cove transitional skilled nursing setting. She loves working with the geriatric population and helping them become more independent.
As a mom of all boys, Cory enjoys riding ATVs, camping, flipping houses, traveling, cooking, watching her boys’ sporting events, and spending time with her husband and family.

Stephanie began working for RSI in February of 2017 after graduating from Brigham Young University-Idaho as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has experience in schools, pediatrics and is currently enjoying helping residents at Madison Carriage Cove regain an improved quality of life with balance, strength and endurance training.
Stephanie and her family moved to Southeast Idaho in 2001 and have loved the opportunities to hike in this part of the country.

Madeline is a Rexburg native who has enjoyed bringing greater quality of life, independence, and self-accomplishment to others since she was a youth. In high school, she had the opportunity to assist in a special needs P.E. class and help family members with various physical challenges and since then has loved treating the geriatric population and her children in the four years she has been practicing as a PTA.
Madeline has a special interest in congenital muscular torticollis and school-based intervention for children with developmental coordination disorder. In her spare time, Madeline can be found playing pickleball, riding bikes, or just enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Maggie has worked in the physical therapy field for five years, ever since high school. She studied under the BYU-Idaho Physical Therapist Assistant program, and has been licensed as a PTA for two years. She currently specializes in providing physical therapy services to children all over the Upper Valley for Jefferson, Madison and Fremont School Districts. She loves seeing the progress in students of all ages and abilities.
Maggie has worked in various settings including seeing inpatients and outpatients at Madison Memorial Hospital, as well as patients at skilled nursing facilities, schools and pediatric clinics. Her main love is working within the hospital with a focus on ACL rehabilitation but also loves helping children in schools learn to run, skip, jump and live their best lives possible. Maggie and her husband enjoy physical activities, including working out at the gym, as well as hiking and four-wheeling.

Darci was born and raised in Southeast Idaho. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant her degree at Idaho State University in 2016 and has had experience in outpatient, inpatient and home health settings from Rexburg to Island Park for the last four years. Darci spends most of her time seeing patients at the Ashton Living Center seeing both residents and outpatients through RSI’s Ashton Therapy Clinic.
Darci is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the RSI team. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors and is very active with her girls in rodeo events.

Rose has been with Rehab Specialists of Idaho off and on for the last 12 years. She enjoys working with children in the pediatric clinics, and in the elementary and high schools.
Rose has a history of making therapeutic house calls to patients and is involved with home health and outpatient therapy. Rose graduated from the Idaho State University Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2008 and has three married children and five grandkids. She loves to hike, camp, travel, and explore Yellowstone National Park.

Alec is a member of the Madison Memorial Sports Medicine team and is a graduate of Sugar-Salem High School. After high school, he went on to Idaho State University to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and graduated in May 2018 with a Master’s degree in Athletic Training.
Alex participated in a variety of sports growing up and always wanted to be involved in sports later in life. He was drawn to the profession of athletic training because of the close proximity to sports and the ability to help others as a medical provider. He is the current athletic trainer at Sugar Salem High School.
Alec is married to his high school sweetheart and together they have three kids. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, being in the outdoors, and golfing.

While at BYU, he completed clinical rotations with Timpview High School in Provo, Utah, BYU’s dance program, BYU men’s basketball, and BYU’s baseball team. Brandon became interested in athletic training while playing for BYU’s hockey team. Working with the team’s athletic trainer inspired him to pursue a career centered on helping athletes. He enjoys playing hockey, baseball, basketball, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Emily has worked for Rehab Specialists of Idaho for over five years, starting first as a tech and honing her skills to become the brain behind the Rexburg Pediatric Clinic–as well as assisting with the back-office paperwork side of things for the Ashton Therapy Clinic. As a graduate of BYU-Idaho, Emily specializes in organization, billing, scheduling, and payroll for RSI. But perhaps most importantly, she boasts the superpower of remembering the favorite sucker flavor for each child that comes through the doors.
Emily also enjoys coaching dance with the Madison High School Dance Team and running a part-time photography business. She and her husband have a beautiful little girl. Together as family, they enjoy kayaking and fishing throughout Southeast Idaho.

DelOra is the receptionist in the Rexburg Pediatric Clinic; her professional background includes paraprofessional work, working with the S’Cool Moves brain balance program, and other administrative work. DelOra has worked for RSI for over 7 years and is a cornerstone of the Rexburg pediatric special needs community and a familiar and friendly face to all.
DelOra is an avid reader of historical fiction. She is originally from the Magic Valley area and has raised her family in Utah and Rexburg.

CarolAnn has spent years doing marketing and advertising for small businesses in therapy, hospitality, and property management, and has a degree from BYU-Idaho in Public Relations. She always planned on running political campaigns but discovered she hated the ‘politics’ of politics and found her passion instead in promoting quality companies that represent the values that she believes in.
CarolAnn currently does double duty being the office manager of the Rigby Pediatric Clinic and is the RSI Marketing Coordinator. There is no child that cannot wrap her around their finger within just a few minutes. When she is not working, you can find her being a mom to her four kids. CarolAnn loves dates with her handsome husband, killing herself with friends doing CrossFit, and reading cheesy romances.
