Getting Started at Our Rigby Clinic:
Call or text us to discuss your child’s needs, or ask your child’s primary care provider to send us a referral. Once we receive a referral, we’ll contact you to collect insurance information and discuss current appointment openings. We can check your benefits and help explain what we learn from your insurance company. Coverage and payment are determined by your plan and cannot be guaranteed.
