Rehab Specialists of Idaho is seeking full-time and part-time Physical Therapists to join our growing outpatient therapy team. We serve patients across Rigby, Rexburg, Ashton, and Island Park with a broad range of rehabilitation services.
This position is fully in-person across our Idaho clinic locations. Flexible start dates are available upon hire.

We deliver therapy services at four RSI clinics (Island Park, Ashton, Rigby, Rexburg), as well as Madison Memorial Hospital, local school districts, and area home health providers throughout Madison, Jefferson, and Fremont counties.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and geriatric conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, caregivers, and family members
- Document patient care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Educate patients on home exercises, prevention, and long-term management
- Maintain compliance with Idaho state licensure standards and professional ethics
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (required)
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist in Idaho
- Strong clinical reasoning and professional communication skills

Compensation
- Starting salary for new graduates begins at $70,000/year (DOE)
- Additional compensation based on experience, certifications, and schedule

- Flexible full-time and part-time positions available
- 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available
- In-person at multiple clinic locations
