Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring full-time and part-time Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our outpatient therapy team. Positions are available across our clinics in Rigby, Rexburg, Ashton, and Island Park.
This position is fully in-person across multiple clinic locations. Flexible start dates are available upon hire.

We provide services through four RSI clinics (Island Park, Ashton, Rigby, Rexburg), Madison Memorial Hospital, Carriage Cove Rehabilitation, home health agencies, and school districts throughout Madison, Jefferson, and Fremont counties.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Monitor and document patient progress toward treatment goals
- Educate caregivers and family members on home care and therapy follow-through
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Accurately document sessions using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program (required)
- Completion of clinical fieldwork requirements
- Successfully passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE-PTA) or eligible to sit for exam
- Licensed or license-eligible as a PTA in Idaho
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and adaptability

Compensation
- Starting hourly wage begins at $23/hour for new graduates (DOE)
- Additional compensation based on experience, certifications, and schedule
Schedule
- Flexible full-time and part-time positions available
- 4-hour, 8-hour, and 10-hour shifts available
- In-person across multiple clinic locations
