Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant to support children in our outpatient clinics in the East Idaho area. Multiple positions are available across our clinics in Rigby, Rexburg, Ashton, and Island Park.
This position is fully in-person. Flexible start dates are available upon hire.

Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant Job – Rigby, ID: Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Monitor and document patient progress toward treatment goals
- Educate caregivers and family members on home care and therapy follow-through
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Accurately document sessions using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Qualifications of a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program (required)
- Completion of clinical fieldwork requirements
- Successfully passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE-PTA) or eligible to sit for exam
- Licensed or license-eligible as a PTA in Idaho
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and adaptability

Compensation

- Starting salary for new graduates begins at $50,000/year (DOE)
- Additional compensation based on experience, certifications, and schedule
