Speech-Language Pathologist Job – Rigby, ID: Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, swallowing, and social communication disorders
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, physicians, and interdisciplinary therapy teams
- Educate families and caregivers on patient care and home carryover strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or eligible)
- Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist in Idaho
- Strong clinical skills, collaboration, and communication abilities

Compensation
- Starting salary for new graduates begins at $70,000/year (DOE)
- Additional compensation based on experience, certifications, and schedule
