Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring a part-time receptionist (20 hours per week) to support our Ashton and Island Park Therapy Clinics. This is more than a typical front desk position, you will play a key role in keeping our clinics running smoothly and making sure patients feel supported from their first contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance benefits and secure pre-authorizations
  • Communicate insurance and pre-authorization details to patients and therapists
  • Manage incoming calls for both Ashton and Island Park clinics while in office
  • Assist with scheduling appointments in coordination with therapy staff
  • Send patient intake paperwork via email or text
  • Enter patient intake data into the Electronic Health Record
  • Scan documents into the EHR system
  • Communicate with referring provider offices as needed
  • Handle patient communication via phone, email, and text
  • Fulfill requests for medical records
  • Enter insurance or workers’ compensation authorizations into the EHR for tracking
  • Enter physician orders into the EHR for tracking
  • Assist with supply management and ordering when requested by therapists and approved by the director
  • Complete other duties as assigned

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfort with computers and electronic health record systems
  • Ability to manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a medical or therapy office setting is a plus

Schedule: 20 hours per week, in-office, Monday – Friday
Location: RSI Ashton Therapy Clinic
Compensation: Starting at $14 per hour, based on experience
