Part-Time Receptionist – Rigby Pediatric Clinic
Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring a part-time receptionist for our Rigby Pediatric Therapy Clinic.
This position is 16 hours per week (two 8-hour days).
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position. This is not a summer job, temporary position, or short-term opportunity. We are hoping to find someone who will enjoy being part of a team for years to come.
Our receptionists play an important role in helping families feel welcome and keeping the clinic running smoothly for patients and therapists.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist patients and families
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and authorizations
- Send intake paperwork and enter patient information into our electronic medical record system
- Scan and organize documents
- Communicate with patients, therapists, physicians, and provider offices
- Assist with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Looking for a long-term position
Medical office experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
