Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to support children in our outpatient clinics in the East Idaho area. Multiple positions are available across our clinics in Rigby, Rexburg, Ashton, and Island Park.
This position is fully in-person. Flexible start dates are available upon hire.
This Pediatric Physical Therapist job is based primarily in Rigby, Idaho is a full-time or part-time outpatient role with mentorship, and a flexible schedule. As part of Rehab Specialists of Idaho, you’ll join a supportive team that values professional growth and patient-centered care.

We provide services through four RSI clinics (Island Park, Ashton, Rigby, Rexburg), Madison Memorial Hospital, home health agencies, school districts throughout Madison, Jefferson, and Fremont counties, and through the Idaho Infant Toddler Program.
Responsibilities of an Outpatient Physical Therapist
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and geriatric conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, caregivers, and family members
- Document patient care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Educate patients on home exercises, prevention, and long-term management
- Maintain compliance with Idaho state licensure standards and professional ethics
Qualifications for an Outpatient Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (required)
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist in Idaho
- Strong clinical reasoning and professional communication skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation
- Starting salary for new graduates begins at $70,000/year (DOE)
- Additional compensation based on experience, certifications, and schedule
