Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists to join our growing outpatient therapy team. Positions are available across our clinics in Rigby, Rexburg, Ashton, and Island Park.
This position is fully in-person across multiple clinic locations. Flexible start dates are available upon hire.

We serve patients through our four RSI clinics (Island Park, Ashton, Rigby, Rexburg), local hospitals, home health agencies, and school districts in Madison, Jefferson, and Fremont counties.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients across age groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for developmental delays, injury recovery, chronic conditions, and functional impairments
- Document patient progress using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Educate caregivers, teachers, and family members on treatment strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and other therapists
- Provide services in multiple settings, including clinics, schools, hospitals, and home environments
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (required)
- Successfully passed the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam or eligible to sit for exam
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist in Idaho
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and flexibility

Compensation
- Starting salary for new graduates begins at $70,000/year (DOE)
- Additional compensation based on experience, certifications, and schedule
Schedule
- Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available
- Options for 4-hour, 8-hour, and custom shifts based on caseload
- Work includes multiple clinic locations and off-site service areas
